Potranco Ranch Homeowners

This message is to inform everyone that both entrances to the subdivision have been updated with an additional remote control receiver. This new remote control receiver was installed to assist homeowners with the option to program their gate remote to their vehicle. The original remotes will still work on both gates, but those remotes were reported to not be able to be programmed to an individual vehicle. Due to this upgrade the original remotes will no longer be available for purchase from DAMC, only the new remotes will be available. In addition, some owners may have been able to program their vehicle with the original remotes. It all depends on the vehicle.

The new remotes will be available at DAMC for $30.00 each. For those homeowners wishing to purchase one of these new remotes, please contact DAMC at: 210-561-0606 or Lisa@damctx.com. If you go into the office at: 14603 Huebner Road, Building 40, San Antonio, Texas 78230, Monday – Friday; 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, please bring the exact amount of cash, the management company does not keep money at their office. You can also pay by check or credit card. Credit card is used for remotes only, not to pay homeowner assessments.

To program your vehicle with the remote, the instructions will be in your owner’s manual. Many dealerships may also assist.

We appreciate the feedback from the homeowners that requested to have the entrance gates updated to allow their vehicles to be programmed. If any homeowners are having any issues with the entrance gates to Potranco Ranch, please send an email to Lisa@damctx.com.
