Moving Violations- Survey 7/13/18 Potranco Ranch Owners, The results of the survey in the community resulted in an exact split. 34 approved having the police come in the community to enforce moving violations 34 did not approve of having the police come in the community and enforce moving violations. The information went to the Board of Directors and they provided the following: -With the results not being heavily leaning toward “yes", the board feels that the community would prefer not to make any changes and keep the same system in place. -At this time the streets of Potranco Ranch will remain private streets with officers doing random patrols but without the authority to issue moving violations within the subdivision Thank you.
